At Snider Innovations, we stand behind the quality of the Snider Tool. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


 

Returns

 


We accept returns on unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

  • In its original packaging

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

 


To initiate a return, please contact us at mike@ilgcap.net or call 650-567-0061 x304 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
